Discovery
We meet with your team to fully understand your organization's specific needs to effectively support your mission. We study the dynamics of your system, weigh risks against cost, and help determine the best solution based on impact to your operations, customers, and revenue. Part of the discovery phase involves an initial assessment at no charge.
Customization
We customize a solution for each client to effectively support critical data systems. All solutions are based on best practices that have been implemented for clients worldwide. A service level agreement is devised with clear expectations, processes, and deliverables.
Delivery
Our technical team members are assigned a mixture of large and small clients with different levels of criticality. This not only provides new challenges and variety to our people, but allows us to adapt our solutions based on experience for multiple clients in multiple industries. Clients have access to primary and secondary support personnel, as well as our entire pool of technical experts. Our goal is to exceed clients' expectations through superior technical expertise and customer service.
Quality Assurance
Project managers and account representatives are assigned to each client to ensure we are delivering what was promised, to validate accurate billing, and to identify areas in which we need to adapt to provide better service.
Re-assessment
We continually gather feedback from technical and management client representatives to ensure we are still meeting organizational objectives. As our clients' needs change and data systems transform, we are prepared to make adjustments to service level agreements to maintain win-win situations with clients.
