The Above and Beyond Award given by state Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) committees was announced, and PTI is honored to have been nominated and a recipient of this prestigious award. This award recognizes employers at the state and local level who have gone Above and Beyond the legal requirements for granting leave and providing support for military duty by their employees.

PTI is honored to receive the ProPatria award from the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, (ESGR). Only three employers in Indiana are recognized with this award each year. It is presented to employers who demonstrate exceptional support for our national defense of adopting personnel policies that make it easier for employees to participate in the National Guard and Reserve.
