Personnel Qualifications

Perpetual Technologies, Inc. places great emphasis on selecting consultants with not only technical proficiency, but also superior customer service, communication skills, adaptability, the desire to learn, and the ability to solve problems. Clients that engage our services have access to a team of nearly 75 IT professionals comprised of database designers and administrators, systems architects and administrators, published authors, experienced instructors, certified project managers, subject matter experts, and specialized application developers.

•	All Perpetual Technologies’ remote team members are required to achieve and maintain current certifications.
•	Our team is skilled in documentation and technical writing as shown by the publishing of over 11 technical manuals.
•	Perpetual Technologies and its team are active members of the local user community supporting the mission of higher education by presenting at quarterly events and sponsoring of the Indiana Oracle Users Group and Indianapolis Professional Association for SQL Server.
•	No part of our technical or customer service support staff is off-shored.
